Touch Surgery transforms the way surgeons communicate surgery. Touch Surgery’s simulation engine combines PixarTM quality animation process with games development to cognitively map surgical and interventional procedures into a virtual reality simulation. The Touch Surgery app connects to over half a million users in the Global Surgical Community to empower better decision making in the operating room. Touch Surgery collects and analyses data to evaluate knowledge and plot learning curves of competence. The scoring algorithm has academic papers supporting validity in a number of peer reviewed journals.
Jean believes that healthcare is a global industry that faces multiple challenges, to overcome these success will depend upon uniting healthcare professionals and technologists.
