With more than 14 years of experience in strategic consultancy and real estate development, Mouhamad constantly generates new business opportunities for ZRE and contributes to further strengthening the company’s leading position in property development.

After successfully completing The Platinum Tower, the largest residential development in Lebanon referred to by industry experts as The Landmark of Beirut, Mouhamad launched in 2012 The Beirut Digital District (BDD) a project that consists of more than 120,000 sqm of BUA to be built in 5 phases over the upcoming 10 years. BDD’s objective is to become an all-inclusive zone dedicated to empowering the digital and creative industry in Lebanon by providing state-of-the-art infrastructure and superior support services for growing businesses.

Mouhamad holds an Engineering degree with distinction from the American University of Beirut and a Master degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he focused on impacts of IT and e-commerce on logistics operations and virtual supply chains.
